No Pain, No gain

We love to educate our clients to receive the most from their sessions with us. Typically, massage is not a one appointment fixes all of my body's issues. We also want you to know the old adage of no pain, no gain does not ring true.

When your pain receptors are engaged, your nerve receptors get very upset and when they are stimulated, this stops the body's process of healing. It goes into protection mode. It's best to relax and let your body adapt to the changes taking place in your session.  This is why its most important for having good communication with your therapist where ever you may choose to go.

We are not accepting insurance. Although we will be happy to provide receipts for you to submit for your reimbursement.
We do accept HSA/ FHS cards.
